The Orleans Urgent Care Clinic offers telephone/video consultations:
8 AM to 8 PM weekdays | 8 AM to 2 PM weekends
To access the tele consult service please call us. Your call will be answered by our receptionist team.
Once you have registered, a member of our medical staff will call you back to triage, obtain your medical history and details related your recent medical issue. You will be offered one of the following options:
You may be directed to enter the clinic for an in-person assessment:
Please note that we cannot assess, in person, returning travelers, close contacts of COVID-19, and patients with respiratory symptoms, with or without fever. Medical staff will wear masks, a facial shield, and gowns as appropriate. You may be asked to wear a mask at all times while in the clinic.
You may be offered a telephone or video consultation.
Prescriptions can be sent to your pharmacy.
You may be advised to stay home and isolate yourself.
When appropriate, you may be directed to go to the Covid-19 assessment center, located at Brewer Park Arena, 151 Brewer Way, Ottawa (9 am to 8 pm daily).
You may be directed to go to go directly to a hospital Emergency Department.
