At this time, we understand that your and your family’s health is a top priority. The OUCC will remain open, however we will be adhering to strict policies regarding Covid-19.

The Orleans Urgent Care Clinic offers telephone/video consultations:

8 AM to 8 PM weekdays | 8 AM to 2 PM weekends

 To access the tele consult service please call us. Your call will be answered by our receptionist team.

Once you have registered, a member of our medical staff will call you back to triage, obtain your medical history and details related your recent medical issue. You will be offered one of the following options:

You may be directed to enter the clinic for an in-person assessment:

Please note that entry to the clinic may be restricted for returning travelers,  and for anyone who fails Covid screening.  Medical staff will wear a facial mask, and PPE as appropriate. Everyone must wear a mask at all times while in the clinic.

You may be offered a telephone consultation.

Prescriptions can be sent to your pharmacy.

You may be advised to stay home and isolate yourself.

When appropriate, you may be directed to go to a Covid-19 Care Centre (Please refer to the Ottawa Public Health website for information related to booking appointments, locations and hours of operation of Covid Care Centres)

You may be directed to go to go directly to a hospital Emergency Department.
